For those not familiar with aphotoeditor.com, this might be a great place to start, especially regarding stock--It's a list of the stock agencies, sort of by "best" top to bottom from Rob's perspective.
Rob Haggart, the former Director of Photography for Men's Journal and Outside Magazine, is my "every day" visit at present. Lots of photo editors and photographers go there to chat as well.
Of course, the bottom line for Rob is this: the #1 place to find stock is photographer web sites.
